Our Development Process

Stage 1 Planning (~ 3 days)

- Define the scope of the project
- Plan the project
- Review Technologies to be employed
- Develop Sitemap/Flowchart
- Submit Quote for the project

Stage 2 Design and Layout (~ 1 week)

- Create design and layout mockups
- Sign contract upon approval of design and layout.

Stage 3 Implementation (~ 2 weeks)*

- Commence development of site upon receipt of 50% deposit
- Review browser compatibility and download times
- Commence usability testing against leading web industry standards
- Commence content insertion
- Proof reading
- Code optimization
- Revisions based on continued client feedback

* for database driven websites or special scripting requirements, implementation may require up to ~4 weeks.

Stage 4 Testing and Deployment (~ 1 week)

- Total site testing
- Final check against INEO SOLUTIONS Web Design Checklist
- Final approval from client
- Submit to search engines
- Publish site 'live'
- Submit completion report and CD of all files upon payment.

The site will be thoroughly tested by us before being published live to the domain name. In the entire process, we will maintain a continuous two-way feedback channel with our clients. Any bugs in the system can be reported to us and we will rectify it within 2 working days.

Content Required :

- Relevant logos or graphics needed to be put on the site
- Textual content of the site for each page

The projected timeframes are just rough estimates and varies from project to project. It is also subject to the client providing the content and feedback promptly.
